Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our team at a prestigious hospital in historic Richmond, VA. As a key member of our hospital's healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with other medical professionals, and ensuring seamless operations within the hospital's maternity department.

Program Details
This ongoing assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of challenging cases. Some highlights include:
• 24-hour shifts for physicians
• 12-hour shifts for midwives
• Hospitalists provide GYN coverage
• Circumcisions performed by hospitalists
• First assist available to hospitalists
• Midwives backed up by hospitalists

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN)
2. Completion of a residency program in OB-GYN
3. At least 5 years of experience as an OB-GYN Hospitalist
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
