Position Overview:

We are in search of a Care Coordinator and Scheduler. This role is pivotal in overseeing the scheduling of caregivers and clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing exceptional communication skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee schedules for clients and caregivers.

2. Pair caregivers with clients based on their skills, personalities, and preferences.

3. Address urgent care requests, manage unconfirmed shifts, and respond to caregiver absences.

4. Record changes, cancellations, and noteworthy occurrences.

5. Keep precise records for both clients and caregivers.

6. Communicate effectively with all team members, clients, and their contacts.

7. Participate in on-call duties as required.

Skills/Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the home care sector.

- 2-3 years of experience in a caregiving position.

- Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

- Competent internet skills, including familiarity with email and group messaging platforms.
