Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: As a Patient Care Technician, you will work closely with our clinical team to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.
  • Monitor Patients' Health Status: You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Team: You will work collaboratively with our clinical team, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • Desire to Enter Healthcare Field: You should have a genuine desire to enter the healthcare field and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
  • Comfortable Working Around Blood and Needles: You should be comfortable working around blood and needles, as well as mixing acid or bicarb.
  • Physical and Mental Ability: You should have the physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet.
