KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance:

Achieves sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers. Recommends merchandise based on customer preferences and needs, while staying informed about ongoing promotions and pricing standards.

Maintains high standards in merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and other operational tasks as assigned by management.
Participates in visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store setups and maintenance of designated areas.

Customer Service Excellence:
Embodies and promotes the principles of exceptional personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.
Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.

Facilitates a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security protocols.

Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales, and enrolls clients in loyalty programs.
Develops and nurtures a loyal customer base through personalized service and consistent communication.

Operational Support:
Assists in inventory replenishment to maintain a well-stocked and inviting store environment.
Contributes to visual merchandising tasks, including floor arrangements, window displays, and signage, as directed.
Helps maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Collaboration and Development:
Fosters a collaborative atmosphere for problem-solving and teamwork.
Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed, with variations depending on the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Regular attendance is crucial to meet operational needs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regular walking and standing throughout the shift.
Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Frequent climbing may be required (34%-66% of the shift).
