Bank Teller

City & County Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Conduct routine transactions, including cashing checks, accepting deposits, and processing withdrawals.
• Assist members with financial transactions, answer questions, and provide guidance on credit union products and services.
• Maintain accurate records, manage cash, and detect fraudulent transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building trusting relationships and promoting member loyalty.
• Comply with regulatory requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.

• High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of teller experience in banking, personal banking, retail banking, or financial services, or two years' cashiers experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Superior customer service skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
