Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you'll drive efficiency, safety, and reliability in our cutting-edge production environment? We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team and become the mastermind behind our proactive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for production equipment.
  • Ensure proper use of SAP-PM and OPRA systems, including bookings, confirmations, and purchase orders.
  • Train maintenance staff on SAP-PM and OPRA system functionalities.
  • Ensure master data and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide local support during system rollouts and assist the maintenance team with system-related queries.
  • Generate maintenance reports for the Maintenance Manager and coordinate internal and external maintenance activities.
  • Maintain critical spare part inventory for production and building equipment.
  • Lead 5S activities to optimize maintenance areas and support machine hazard analysis for safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in industrial technology or 2 years of relevant plant maintenance experience.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of electronic controls and PLC troubleshooting/programming is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.
  • Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.).
