Job Summary

As a key member of our warehouse team, the HiLo Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move merchandise throughout the warehouse
  • Count and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy
  • Compare quantities, quality, and labeling of merchandise to customer orders
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to management
  • Participate in physical inventories and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
