We are looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Therapist (PT) who is either licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in the relevant state to provide care in the specialty area of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC).

  • This is a contract position with a schedule of 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
  • The role requires a commitment to embodying the organization’s vision, values, mission, and key objectives in daily responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist (PT) with a focus on SNF and LTC.
  • Current and valid Rehabilitation Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
