- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Compensation Details
Estimated earnings of approximately $2098.00 per week with a breakdown of taxable income ranging from $792.00 to $936.00 weekly. Hourly rates are estimated between $22.00/hr and $26.00/hr, depending on shift length. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on eligibility and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Enhancing patient health through effective management and strategic planning.
- Leading and developing nursing staff while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Providing comprehensive physical and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensuring adherence to nursing operational standards and financial guidelines.
- Maintaining quality of care by following established protocols and regulations.
- Establishing rapport with patients to understand their service requirements.
- Documenting patient care services accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Current Arkansas RN license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications (must be attached to the submission).
- A minimum of 3 years of recent RN House Supervisory experience in a hospital environment, with ICU experience.
- Experience with paper charting systems.
