Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Buff Management Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for effectively marketing our properties and striving for high occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents and increase occupancy rates.
  • Conduct property showings, provide accurate information on features, and answer questions from prospective residents.
  • Process rental applications, verify income, and conduct background checks.
  • Manage resident move-ins, move-outs, and 30-day notices.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive community environment.
  • Prepare and deliver late notices, community correspondence, and lease violations.
  • Stay up-to-date on Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English; bilingualism is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
  • Able to pass a drug test, full credit, and background check.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
