Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions and provide timely interventions to ensure optimal care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers, monitoring patient responses and documenting care in the medical record.
- Provide exceptional patient education, empowering patients and families to make informed decisions about their care.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
- BLS certification required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
- Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred.
