Furniture Merchandising Supervisor Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced furniture merchandising professional to join our team as a Furniture Merchandising Supervisor. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising and sales principles and be able to provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for creating visually appealing displays and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Create visually appealing displays that meet company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales and operational goals

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year retail sales experience preferred
  • Demonstrated furniture merchandising and sales skills preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required

Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
