As a Case Supervisor with Alora Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of behavioral healthcare. Our team is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through compassionate care and innovative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional service and foster growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain compliance and ensure seamless communication with parents and funding sources.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services or currently enrolled in a graduate program with relevant experience.
