Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Kansas Youth Dental & Braces - a Benevis company. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of creating happy, healthy smiles.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Provide direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist.
  • Offer excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to provide Same Day Care and exceeding patient expectations.
  • Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction, empowering them to maintain good oral health.
  • Assess the dental condition and needs of patients, reviewing their medical history and providing personalized care.
  • Adhere to all government regulations and company standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Guide parents and patients through our entire treatment process, providing clear communication and support.
  • Assist with dental and perio charting, taking x-rays and saving them into patient charts as needed.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • Experience is great, but not always required.
  • Proficiency in speaking another language may be beneficial in serving our diverse patient population.
