Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team to address community needs.

  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions as directed by the Clinical Director.

Requirements

  • Licensed in the State of Ohio with a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, etc.)

  • Proficiency in developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Passion for diverse therapeutic approaches and experience with diverse populations.

  • Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant) is preferred.
