Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of manual cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate a company van to transport residents to and from medical appointments and off-site activities
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations and company policies regarding safety, infection control, and other applicable standards
  • Respond positively to requests from supervisors, patients, their families, and staff
  • Interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow instructions and cleaning schedules
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of cleanliness standards
  • Ability to perform manual cleaning duties
  • Willingness to learn and follow required regulations and policies
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a dedicated team
  • Professional and appropriate appearance, conversation, and behavior
  • Current driver's license and good driving record (for Van Driver role)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in healthcare or patient activities
  • Good communication skills
