- System Design and Implementation: Design and implement system solutions, including preparing reports, schedules, data requirements, security access rules, and system constraints.
- Programming and Testing: Write, debug, and test programs and procedures to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
- System Installation: Install system solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to customer operations.
- System Evaluation and Development: Evaluate existing information systems to identify areas for improvement and develop new systems where necessary.
- Junior-Level Support: Assist junior-level programmers/analysts in resolving work problems related to project and/or programming specifications.
- Requirements Documentation: Prepare detailed documented requirements for selected activities, including data management, CM, and program management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess good written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technical staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications, as well as good organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 8 years' related professional experience.
- Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizenship and active US DoD Government Clearance at Secret level or higher.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods, regularly lift at least 25 pounds, and commute to designated onsite work locations as required.
