SWT - Photographer

At SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, we're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in bringing joy and excitement to people from around the world.

You'll be responsible for capturing the magic of our parks through photography, providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable. Your tasks will include:

• Greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Approaching guests to encourage group or individual photos, and taking high-quality images
• Directing guests on how to view and purchase photos, and processing and editing photos using computer software
• Selling retail merchandise and photos when assigned, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 16 years of age (some areas may require 18+)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An outgoing personality with strong English language communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to take quality images with a digital camera
• The ability to accurately handle cash and learn to use a point-of-sale system
• The ability to maintain composure and make quick decisions in stressful situations
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous guest service and photography experience is preferred, but not required
