Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a leader in our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving business results while developing your skills and expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to stores within a defined territory to perform job duties
- Function as the 'Manager on Duty' in the absence of, or in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Utilize outside resources to support ongoing projects
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED, additional education preferred
- 2-5 years in a service industry, with supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
