Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Business Office Manager at Seashore Senior Living, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resident Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Payroll Processing, time punch review
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Bank Deposits
  • Receipt and Record-Keeping
  • Employee Onboarding
  • Employee Chart Maintenance
  • Census Reporting
  • Maintaining Resident Information
  • Quarterly Reporting to Corporate
  • Staff Training and Continuing Education
  • Monthly Billing and Submission to Medicaid Reimbursement
  • Assisting with Inspections and License Renewals
  • Assisting the Executive Director and Wellness Director as needed
  • Asana Reporting and Task Management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in managing all aspects of senior living
  • Focused on resident and staff satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze data and root causes
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Google applications: Gmail, Sheets, and Docs
  • Technology Proficient
  • Proven track record in business office management
