Customer Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions about our products, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers
- Answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products and recommend solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist, you will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish, and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. You will also need to be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
