The successful candidate will have strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. They must be able to schedule and attend meetings with clients outside regular working hours.

This salaried position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year.

As a Property Manager, your daily activities will include addressing resident concerns, communicating with HOA/COA Boards, acquiring bids for community projects, creating budgets, processing client invoices, conducting inspections, attending Board Meetings and Annual Meetings. Every day is different and never dull

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of attention to detail.
