Job Summary

We are seeking a COTA to work in our skilled nursing facility, providing occupational therapy services to residents. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing setting and be able to demonstrate professional knowledge and skill in applying theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessments, goal development, and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid WA Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials in good standing.
  • Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
