As a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our team's mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients
  • Adhere to Steps BH's policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to working flexible, part-time schedules
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • At least one year of clinical experience with a pediatric population
  • ABA experience
