We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Preparation Specialist to support our sales team at Holiday World RV. This role is essential in ensuring that our vehicles are always ready for presentation and delivery, contributing to a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure demonstration vehicles are clean and well-maintained
  • Retrieve recreational vehicles from inventory as required
  • Refuel vehicles for deliveries and demonstrations
  • Perform washing and detailing of vehicles as necessary
  • Transport sold vehicles to the preparation center
  • Maintain the showroom in pristine condition
  • Assist in managing inventory levels
  • Participate in monthly physical inventory checks
  • Attend departmental meetings as needed

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with the ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service. A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to two years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, and perform tasks that involve lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds. Candidates should have good vision capabilities, including close and distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus as needed.
