Biomanufacturing Specialist

The Biomanufacturing Technician role at R&D Partners is a pivotal position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless material handling operations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes receiving, picking, shipping, equipment monitoring, and material control. Your proactive approach will also involve revising SOPs as needed and initiating deviations when required.

You will provide leadership to other team members, guiding them through complex tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.

With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and minimize downtime.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

• Shipping non-hazardous materials

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Forklift Certification a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and SAP a plus
