About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers on the sales floor, and processing transactions at the register.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet all customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist customers on the sales floor, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Checkout Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer payments, and provide receipts.
  • Backroom Support: Assist with processing donations, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized backroom area.

About the Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
