**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a travel nurse with Smarter Healthcare Partners, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in a new and challenging environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
**Requirements:**
* 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
* Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
* BLS certification
* Ability to work 3x12 hour night shifts
