Position Overview

This position offers an opportunity to engage in **collaborative projects** while receiving guidance from experienced mentors and local leadership. You will be involved in various aspects of **industrial control systems design**, including:

  • Development of **Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)** and control system network diagrams.
  • Preparation of **control panel wiring diagrams** and equipment layouts.
  • Creation of **I&C system specifications** and installation details.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Coordinate with various engineering disciplines such as **mechanical, structural, electrical**, and **site civil** to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and approvals of instrumentation and controls work performed by contractors.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

  • Familiarity with **AutoCAD** and/or **AutoCAD Plant 3D** software is preferred, or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** applications is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of **water/wastewater instrumentation** and equipment is advantageous.
  • Prior experience or internships in the water and wastewater sector are highly regarded.
  • An **Engineer in Training (EIT)** Certificate or the ability to obtain one within a year is desirable.
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience.
