Job Description

CastleWorks Careers is seeking an experienced Water Heater Installation Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to take their career to the next level.

As a Water Heater Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and selling water heaters in residential and commercial environments. Due to the emergency nature of our services, this position requires mandatory overtime as the business dictates.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We offer competitive pay with great benefits and perks for our hard-working employees. In addition to an hourly wage, the position provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation through our competitive commission plan.

We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in plumbing or a related field. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. The ability to lift water heaters and work in a physically demanding environment is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters, filtration, and related products.
  • Present to customers product information, pricing, and benefits.
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace water heaters.
  • Perform maintenance pre-protocol.
  • Maintain truck stock inventory at pre-determined levels.
  • Complete all documentation appropriately.
  • Educate clients on their water heaters and maintenance requirements.
  • Perform work that will meet all standards of building codes and safety.
  • Regularly communicate with Dispatchers and Installers.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Two year's experience is highly desired.
  • Plumbing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift water heaters, and heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Able to routinely stand, bend, sit, crawl, and drive.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and accept direction from experienced co-workers and Field Supervisor.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report pursuant to company policy.
