E-Built LLC is committed to utilizing sustainable, energy-efficient, and socially responsible building practices. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained and meet our high standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include managing all areas of building maintenance, inspecting and preparing vacant units, ensuring completion of work orders, and performing routine preventive maintenance. To succeed in this role, you will need to have general knowledge of plumbing, electric, roofing, installation, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and HVAC systems.

  • Candidate will preferably have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Tools required to complete repairs
  • Cell phone for receiving work orders, clocking in and out, and communicating with management and tenants
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $46,000 - $58,000, based on a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $28.00. We also offer a range of benefits, including dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
