Position Overview

The role of a Sales Associate at QVC is designed to create an engaging and memorable shopping atmosphere for our customers. You will play a vital part in showcasing our diverse range of women's apparel and home products crafted from premium natural fibers, including cashmere, linen, and organic cotton.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for guests.
  • Achieve sales targets by adhering to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Provide design insights during scheduled consultations and spontaneous design inquiries.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty retail sales; design experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems; prior cash handling experience is essential.
  • Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
