Starlight Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Mt Hood Skibowl. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our resort.

• Cash Handling and Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment, restock supplies, and ensure that all areas of the resort are well-maintained.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to assist in other departments as needed.

• Previous Cashier Experience: 1 year of experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
• Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a positive attitude.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications and Licenses: Valid Oregon Food Handlers Card and OLCC permit.
