Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting home visits to monitor the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides and determining whether existing care plans are adequate to meet client needs.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the field of senior services, or related social service, with a CNA certificate and license preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and progress
  • Conduct regular home visits to assess client needs and provide support
  • Collaborate with Home Care Aides to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet client needs
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in senior services or related field
  • CNA certificate and license (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Bilingual
