At United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida Inc., we empower children with and without disabilities to achieve their full potential. As a Pediatric Therapy Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services to students at our charter schools.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathology professional to lead our school-based therapy team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy services, ensuring that all students receive the necessary support to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of school-based therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Hire and onboard new staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency guidelines and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans, setting achievable goals and treatment strategies for each student.
  • Provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic services to students, adapting to individual needs and preferences.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, caregivers, and educators, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

**What We Offer:** As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $62,500 - $67,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental coverage, free life insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active license from the Florida Department of Health, and certification from the American Speech/Language Hearing Association. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in school-based assessments and diagnostic practices is preferred.
