Overview

Catholic Health Initiatives seeks a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to clients within the community.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical psychology, with a minimum of five years of progressive experience in the behavioral health field. A Ph.D. in clinical, counseling, or educational psychology from an APA-accredited school is required, along with a current license as a Psychologist in Nebraska or Iowa.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and assesses the bio-psycho-social needs of patients.
  • Provides standardized administration and interpretation of approved psychological testing within the inpatient and outpatient settings when indicated.
  • Responds to client requests for information/support in a timely manner.
  • Ensures proper authorizations are obtained for patients.
  • Provides written psychological evaluations.
  • Provides psychotherapy to adults, children, and adolescents as needed.
  • Provides conjoint and/or family therapy, as needed.
  • Provides crisis intervention services when required.
