Job SummaryThe Advanced Practice Provider will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health histories, review patient records, and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
- Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses, and institute therapy or referrals as needed.
- Provide emergency care and stabilization measures in critical situations.
- Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status and treatment.
- Offer health care guidance and education to patients and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certification (with 1 year ER/UC experience preferred).
- Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in New Hampshire, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
