Job Summary

The Advanced Practice Provider will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough health histories, review patient records, and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
  • Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses, and institute therapy or referrals as needed.

  • Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status and treatment.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certification (with 1 year ER/UC experience preferred).
  • Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in New Hampshire, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
