Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet client needs
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Branch Administrator to drive business growth and expansion
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of clinical staff
  • Evaluate programs and services regularly to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
  • Associates degree required
  • 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or hospice
  • Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and basic understanding of OASIS
