About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients, families, and staff. As a Hospital Ambassador, you will serve as the first point of contact for many individuals entering the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage visiting hours, distributing passes accordingly
  2. Process visitor badges and ensure timely distribution
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues using various computer programs
  4. Foster an environment of respect and discretion regarding patient confidentiality
  5. Promote a positive atmosphere by exhibiting a warm and welcoming demeanor
  6. Provide support for valet services during absences of the parking ambassador
  7. Coordinate with relevant departments for efficient delivery of after-hours and weekend packages
  8. Swiftly report emergencies occurring in the lobby area to ensure prompt response
  9. Embodiment of Nuvance Health's core values
  10. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
  11. Ongoing tasks may vary based on organizational needs

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems is beneficial
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese can be an asset
