About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in helping patients recover from various conditions and return to their normal lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate patients' medical history, disease/condition, impairments, disability, and functional/developmental status to formulate comprehensive treatment programs.
  2. Prioritize patient care needs and assess patients' rehab requirements through the continuum of care.
  3. Develop and implement timely, effective treatment recommendations, ensuring patients receive necessary equipment, education, and disposition.
  4. Complete all documentation according to professional, organizational, regulatory, and facility standards, ensuring concise, pertinent, legible, and compliant records.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Clinical Doctorate degree.
  2. Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy, preferably in Outpatient settings.
  4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
