Job Opportunity: Housekeeper

New Perspective Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and inviting environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, sanitizing areas, and vacuuming carpets.
  • Restock common areas, replace light bulbs, and eliminate trip hazards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Adhere to the community's safety program, including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to make decisions and act in the residents' best interest.
