Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at CodeForce in a Rehabilitation Therapy role. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living and rehabilitation
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably with SNF experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Social Security Number Trace

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, days. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity while providing excellent patient care.
