About the Role

The Central Carers Association is seeking a dedicated professional to support the voices of young carers. As a Young Carer Involvement Worker, you will play a vital role in facilitating meaningful participation and engagement of young carers in shaping services that support them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver information, support, and involvement services to young carers of all ages across Falkirk district and Clackmannanshire.
  • Facilitate young carer and young adult carer participation in consultations and service development.
  • Champion the rights of young carers and promote their voices within the organization and community.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a comprehensive support service to young carers.
