About the Role

Cadrex is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Train junior inspectors to increase performance and efficiency.
  • Implement Lean Processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance our manufacturing practices.
  • Operate Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs) to measure and inspect production parts and parts in development.
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Documentation including FAI and PPAP reports.
  • Inspect and Test Products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Identify and Address Non-Conformities and generate reports for discrepant products.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Standards and Regulations to ensure compliance and quality excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience in CMM Programming and a strong understanding of quality concepts and principles.
  • 3+ Years of Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
