Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including press releases, website content, and social media posts.

  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, and collaborate with external partners and in-house teams.

  • Handle special projects as needed.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role managing key projects.
  • Proficiency in pulling reports from platforms/tools.
  • Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in media or agency environments preferred.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of campaign requests in a fast-paced environment.
