  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license, access to private transportation, and consent to background screening.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Results-oriented and customer service focused.
