Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the oversight of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and identify potential risks, proposing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, emphasizing significant achievements and areas of concern.
  • Support the development of customized reporting tools to enhance project tracking and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the collection and documentation of historical project data for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field coupled with a minimum of five years of experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex project schedules and understanding project accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
