Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team at Robbinsdale Area Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with communication impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with general and special education teachers to provide pre-referral consultation and support.
  • Manage cases for students with communication impairments, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Participate in IEP/IFSP teams to develop and implement individualized plans for students with communication needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disabilities and develop targeted interventions.
  • Develop and implement IEPs/IFSPs that reflect student needs and goals.
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to meet student needs, maintaining accurate data on progress.
  • Offer indirect and consultative services to teams, teachers, and parents to promote student success.
  • Ensure due process compliance, third-party billing, and program data collection.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license.
