Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MedConnect Staffing. As a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary and specialty care to neonates and their families in a hospital setting.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in neonatology to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Neonatology.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in neonatology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
