**Job Summary:**
As a Traffic Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of construction workers and users of roadways in Ontario.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Read and understand traffic control plans and follow verbal work instructions
- Inspect trucks at start and end of each shift and document inspections
- Drive to and from work sites
- Observe road closures and surrounding areas and alert co-workers of potential safety issues
- Complete paperwork, including vehicle inspection reports

**Working Conditions:**
- Outdoor work environment in a variety of weather conditions
- Driving and sitting for extended periods of time
- Hours of work and work assignment may vary for operational reasons
- Traffic management services may be delivered seven days a week and 24 hours a day during the busy season

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in a CVOR driving role
- Valid Commercial driver's license or a Full Class G license with a clean abstract
- Clean Driver's Abstract (not more than one minor ticket)
- Clean CVOR (no defects, violations, or charges)
- Ability to drive a variety of different types of light duty trucks
- Knowledge of the GTA
- Ability to communicate comfortably in English both spoken and written
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Accessible at all times via telephone and text message for scheduling and work assignment
